Well I'm 20 yrs old, and come from Suffolk. I am currently in my third year of university (2000-01) in SW London. I am studying computing and music and these are my two biggest loves, next to my nearest and dearest of course!
My computing interests are diverse, databases, programming, internet, etc, but like most people I prefer using it for fun, chat, e-mail and games. I have met a lot of great friends on the internet (some of whom you can learn about here) and I enjoy spending time talking to them (a healthy amount of time though coz I'm not a net nerd!!!) on ICQ, MIRC or in other chat rooms. So I'd love to talk to anyone on ICQ #41821240 but please be warned I don't get time to answer everybody so it might take a while for me to get back to you!
I am a Brown Owl with a Brownie Unit close to my university, and Music Owl to a unit in Suffolk, I've been involved with guiding since I was old enough to go to Brownies, and still love it more than ever. I am also the London South West County Representative on the Youth Forum.
My music loves are great, my biggest ambition is to sing professionally or to be a musical director. I love singing, and playing instruments, and have recently enjoyed a choral conducting course as part of my degree, and can't wait to pursue it further, but I plan to train as a music teacher first, next year.
I love musicals and have been to see loads of amateur productions, as well as London productions (Saturday Night Fever, Jesus Christ Superstar, West Side Story, Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Me and My Girl, Chess, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Fame and many many more!) and I have even been in a few, including the first stage performance of Watership Down by Richard Adams in my local theatre in Suffolk.
I also love modern music, and particularly enjoy going to see a local band called Raindance play in Suffolk, (They play a mix of Bryan Adams, James, Travis, Queen, New Radicals, Pulp, loads of other stuff as well as loads of their own). More famous bands and singers I love are Queen, Bryan Adams, Robbie Williams, James, Abba, The Beatles, REM, The Manic Street Preachers, Meat Loaf, The Corrs, anything 70s or 80s including Wham, Culture Club, Blondie etc!!! I could go on for ever!!
What else?! Err well, if you want to buy me a drink I'd go for Archers and Lemonade, and yes I do have a boyfriend!
